Job Summary - Vice President of Enablement & Marketing
The Vice President of Enablement & Marketing is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving company-wide training and enablement initiatives, thought leadership and support with go-to-market strategies, optimizing revenue enablement, and elevating brand presence. This leader will design and execute comprehensive strategies to empower sales, account management, and client success teams while positioning the company as the market leader in digital automotive advertising. The VP will oversee training & enablement programs across the entire company, assist with key marketing initiatives and thought leadership and support revenue teams to align business growth with client outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Enablement & Training
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy to support revenue operations, sales, account management, customer success teams and product teams.
- Create tools, playbooks, and training programs to improve productivity, product knowledge, and client engagement.
- Oversee company-wide employee training initiatives, ensuring programs support business objectives, compliance requirements, and professional development.
- Partner with People Operations, Trainer and department leaders to design onboarding, leadership development, and skills-based training programs.
- Build an enablement and training framework that accelerates ramp time for new hires and drives ongoing skills development across the organization.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product and Sales Leadership to ensure teams are equipped to communicate value, differentiation, and ROI to clients.
Marketing
- Assist the marketing strategy, including brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, and events.
- Collaborate with go-to-market planning for new products and solutions, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and customer needs.
- Provide guidance and thought leadership in the automotive digital advertising space through industry events, publications, and partnerships.
- Aid in digital marketing campaigns, analytics, and performance measurement to maximize ROI.
- Counsel PR and communication strategies to elevate brand awareness and reputation.
Leadership & Strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across enablement disciplines.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Success to ensure alignment on objectives and execution.
- Establish key performance metrics for enablement, reporting progress to executive leadership and the board.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, enablement, or related fields, preferably in digital advertising, SaaS, or automotive.
- Proven success building and scaling enablement and training programs that drive measurable impact on performance and growth.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, digital advertising trends, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across sales, product, People Operations, and operations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive presence.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, CRM, LMS, and enablement platforms.
Desired Skills:
- Automotive advertising industry experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling messaging.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience leading in a high-growth or transformation stage company.
Salary: $210,000.00
