Summary

The Senior Director of Client Success will work closely with the client-facing team to ensure retention and upsell growth. On any given day this manager will be meeting with their  team members to provide side-by-side coaching to improve the client experience. S/he will coordinate and manage weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practices.  They will also examine, identify opportunities, and predict retention and revenue attainment by examining individual cancellation and upsell funnels. This is a high profile role that will communicate and set the tone of conversations to our growing client base while serving as an escalation point for high value client-facing needs.  They will also be responsible for attracting, hiring, coaching, and retaining top digital and automotive account management talent. 

What You’ll Do:

 

·   Success is measured by retention, incremental revenue growth, increased customer loyalty and satisfaction, and developing internal team members to better engage PureCars’ customers throughout the digital customer lifecycle.

·   Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure results-based management, focused on account retention and up-sell

·   Establish and monitor goals that help the account teams improve; understanding how their actions and performance are critical links to company objectives

·   Be a change agent within PureCars, help define new models and processes to improve and grow our business

·   Assist in the recruiting and training of Regional Managers of Client Experience + Account Executives to serve client needs through increased usage of PureCars products while working directly with Product teams on where to focus efforts.

·   Work closely with Performance Managers, vetting and relaying performance and optimization recommendations at scale and across channels to highly motivated Account Executives.

·   Educate and coach internal and external teams on data analysis and delivery of subsequent ROI recommendations aligned with client goals

·   Help create a fun, high-energy environment where people love coming to work!

 

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

 

·   7+ years of managing account/relationship managers, including nurturing new team members; advertising agency or marketing technology environment preferred

·   5+ years experience with digital marketing and/or automotive marketing

·   Desire to coach a team and participate in development of individual team members

·   Ability to successfully craft and present a persuasive story based on digital advertising data

·   Ability to properly tailor communication regarding data processes to your audience’s expertise level

·   Self-starter with proven success as both a manager and an accomplished individual contributor

·   Automotive marketing and automotive experience is a plus

·   Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills

·   Deep experience with digital marketing, specifically search, social, programmatic, and email marketing

·   Expertise using Google Suite of tools, such as Google Ads and Google Analytics, to formulate a ROI-centered story and develop client-facing strategies founded in solid data analysis

·   Experience with Salesforce is a plus

·   Proven ability to lead a team through a constantly changing environment, product enhancements and rapid growth

·   Exceptional at detecting the need for and driving internal change

·   Bachelor Degree Required
