Job Summary - Enterprise Account Coordinator, West 

PureCars seeks an experienced and collaborative Enterprise Account Coordinator to support and partner with our Digital Strategy Managers (DSMs) overseeing a premier Enterprise Dealer Group client.  In this role, you will work closely with each of the five (5) DSMs responsible for managing dealerships across the Assigned Region. The Enterprise Account Coordinator will assist in providing strategic insights, operational support, and administrative assistance to our DSMs in effort to enhance our client's success and strengthen team capabilities.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated digital marketing expert who thrives in team-oriented environments, is proactive, capable of working cross-functionally across multiple teams and agencies. 

The Enterprise Account Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Client Experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with Digital Strategy Managers, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator to support the management and growth of our enterprise-level automotive client with 80+ accounts. 
  • Collaboratively manage internal workflows, strategic planning, and campaign execution, providing critical support to manage multiple projects simultaneously across accounts. 
  • Assist in DSM execution of strategic presentations and reviews with General Managers.
  • Collaborate extensively with the Digital Strategy Managers and Performance Strategists to execute and monitor quality occurrence across several tactics, platforms, and campaigns (Including but not limited to: Websites, Paid Search, Social, Programmatic/Display, Video, OTT, SEO, Onsite Offers).
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing client utilization of PureCars’ technology and analytics platform, driving deeper adoption and client satisfaction.
  • Support Digital Strategy Managers in analyzing and delivering impactful performance data, creating actionable strategies to improve client ROI and dealership profitability.
  • Monitor all accounts for KPI performance as related to Enterprise Dealer Group identified benchmarks and goals.
  • Serve as an integral member of the broader Digital Strategy Manager team, contributing to internal knowledge sharing, strategy development, and best practice implementation.

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • Minimum 1-3 years in Auto-tech or Digital Marketing roles, ideally managing client-facing digital strategy or ad tech initiatives for automotive groups.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and deepen high-value client relationships, demonstrating leadership capability and strategic insight.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital media channels (Search, Display, Social, Video, SEO) with hands-on experience optimizing campaign performance and website performance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, confident presenting to various levels of stakeholders from dealership management to executive leadership.
  • Experience working collaboratively within team-based structures, demonstrating both independent initiative and cooperative support.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and analytics platforms.

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
