Job Summary - Enterprise Performance Strategist (Hybrid)

PureCars is seeking an Enterprise Performance Strategist to manage, analyze, and update automotive-related paid search, social, and programmatic marketing campaigns utilizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DV360, Amazon and PureCars’ technology to drive revenue for one of our major automotive group clients. This position is a hybrid role and is intended to be in office 1-2 times a week near Sandy Springs, GA. This individual will directly interface with the client’s marketing decision makers to ensure strategic ad optimization initiatives are met, manage campaigns across platforms, and regularly report on campaign efficacy and insights. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate across paid media teams and work with our major automotive group's marketing team to help manage their paid advertising strategies via paid search, social, and programmatic platforms
  • Adjust campaigns based on individual dealership goals and continually identify opportunities to make measurable improvements via ad copy, bid management, budget adjustments, A/B testing, keyword research, testing, and performance analysis
  • Work with the client’s marketing staff and internal teams to execute budget changes, ongoing projects, and additional paid advertising requests
  • Address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to maintain and strengthen customer trust
  • Assist with any miscellaneous requests or projects that may arise
  • Be available after hours to client’s marketing staff to troubleshoot problems with a sense of urgency as needed
  • Be part of a like-minded, motivated, and data driven team

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • Minimum of 1 year of paid media campaign management
  • We want someone who is driven, proactive and innovative to help us delight customers
  • Strong relationship management skills and confidence when talking to key decision makers (both internal and external) regarding performance, strategy, and insights/recommendations
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manipulate reporting data sets into actionable insights. Pivot tables and VLOOKUP skills are a plus
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Google Ads Search Certified, Microsoft Ads certification a plus
  • Automotive industry experience strongly preferred

Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience
