Job Summary - Billing Analyst, Enterprise Dealer Groups
The Billing Analyst will work in a dynamic environment as an integral member of PureCars’ finance department. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for high volume customer billing as well as compiling data to prepare invoices. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines and ensure accurate billing. This role provides an opportunity to grow and improve skills while working with an amazing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Understand product guidelines and verify client contracts and promotions for accurate billing
- Set up new customers and keep accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
- Work to address client issues or concerns
- Demonstrate a high level of diplomacy and tact in all customer interactions
- Answer customer phone calls and respond to department emails in a timely manner
- Assist with processing and tracking billing adjustments, credits and write-offs
- Assist with preparing monthly profit-sharing documents for agencies
- Assist with customer account reconciliations
- Assist with reviewing and approving opportunities in Salesforce
- Assist with special accounting projects as needed
The Skills and Experience You Bring:
- Minimum 2-year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent combination of education and work- related experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google products
- Salesforce and Netsuite experience are a plus
- Analytical in nature with a firm grasp of numbers and attention to detail
- Must be a team player, possess positive customer service attitude with both internal and external clients, flexible, patient, courteous, and be a professional problem solver
- Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team environment. Can manage his/her time and projects wisely while meeting deadlines
