General Attributes:

  • Leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives on time and within budget by defining project scope, planning tasks, managing resources, coordinating teams, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Automotive experience preferred, retail experience required 
  • Developing project plans
  • Overseeing budgets and schedules
  • Identifying and mitigating risks
  • Documenting project processes to ensure successful project delivery and overall business performance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and a clear communicator

Duties include:

  • Management of traditional and Digital media process across cross-functional teams
  • Management of Creative Production process across cross-functional teams
  • Master coordinates across PureCars and External Partnership for meeting, initiatives and Group1 goals. 
  • Project modeling, planning and management end to end.

Leadership/Mgmt:

  • Own timelines and master scheduling for all channel and initiatives across PureCars and IAT/COE Teams
  • Constantly evolving and growing key stakeholders/Channel Leads around information sharing, expectation setting and management of key priorities. 
  • Evaluating process end to end to identify efficiencies, dependencies and roadblocks

Mandatories:

  • PMP Certification
  • Sigma Six
  • PMI Cert

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000

Location: Remote, Houston preferred
