The Role:

The Senior Director of Project Management owns the end-to-end go-to-market process for new products, features, integrations, and partnership initiatives across PureCars.  You will drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, Support, and Finance to ensure every launch moves smoothly from discovery through business readiness.

You will drive the Product Readiness, Operational Readiness, and Business Readiness stages — ensuring each initiative has documented requirements, expectations, and timelines, and that nothing reaches customers before it's genuinely ready to demo, sell, install, support, and bill.

You will represent Project Management in Senior Leadership forecasting and risk conversations, set expectations early when timelines slip, and act as the connective tissue between teams so that product launches, OEM programs, BETAs, pilots, and business initiatives land with minimal friction and maximum clarity for internal teams and customers alike.

You Will Be:

•      Oversee the entire Project Management process for new products, features, integrations, and partnership initiatives

•      Coordinate discovery, milestones, and stakeholder kickoff across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, Support, and Finance

•      Identify risks to delivery timelines and launch quality, and proactively communicate resolutions to internal stakeholders

•      Own PM readiness gates: Product/Feature Readiness, Operational Readiness, and Business Readiness

•      Drive GTM  packet completion — Questionnaire, Project Summary/tracking, Closeout, FAQs (internal/external)

•      Forecast launches and project completions and present to Senior Leadership; flag risks and reset expectations as needed

•      Capture Project Management  process improvements and update shared materials

•      Other duties as assigned

•      Track and hold weekly status update meetings with stakeholders

•      Utilize and manage all PM tracking tools

You Must Have:

•      Bachelor's degree preferred

•      PMP / PMI Certification

•      Minimum of 10+ years of high-level automotive or SaaS or project management experience preferred

•      Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product launches from discovery through business readiness

•      Strong knowledge of PM strategy elements: pricing, sales readiness, operational readiness, marketing tactics, and support readiness

•      Presentation and executive communication experience

•      Proficiency in Salesforce, Monday, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft  and other  standard business applications

•      Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource for the business while providing leadership and direction

•      Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Supervisory Responsibilities:

•      Supervises direct reports, providing leadership and mentorship

•      Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and effective

•      Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, partnering with Human Resources Business Partners
