Overview:
As a Product Manager for the AutoMiner Customer Data Platform (CDP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer data management and its application in the automotive industry. Leveraging your extensive background in automotive operations, digital marketing, and customer experience optimization, you will drive the development and execution of strategies that maximize the platform’s value to dealerships, general managers, and automotive professionals. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work cross-functionally to ensure the platform delivers actionable insights and solutions that address real-world dealership challenges while driving ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision & Roadmap Development:

Define and execute the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the AutoMiner CDP.

Identify innovative opportunities to enhance the platform’s capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry needs and customer feedback.

Collaborate with the CTO and executive leadership to prioritize features that drive growth and efficiency.

Customer-Centric Product Development:
-
Translate dealership and automotive professional needs into well-defined technical requirements, backed by data and industry insights.

Conduct customer research, including interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis, to refine product features and ensure customer satisfaction.

Create comprehensive product documentation, such as PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and strategy briefs.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-value features on time and within scope.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the product’s commercial success.

Manage relationships with external vendors, data providers, and integration partners to expand platform capabilities.

Data-Driven Insights & Optimization:

Leverage machine learning and advanced analytics to create unique differentiators for the AutoMiner CDP.

Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success, customer engagement, and ROI.

Iterate on product features post-launch based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Industry Expertise & Problem-Solving:

Utilize your deep understanding of variable operations (New Vehicle Sales, Used Vehicle Sales, F&I) and fixed operations (Service and Accessories) to address dealership challenges.

Act as a thought leader, bridging the gap between operational challenges and technical solutions.

Serve as the internal expert on automotive retail trends, ensuring the platform stays ahead of industry shifts.

Execution & Delivery:
-
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.

Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
-
7+ years of product management experience, preferably in customer data platforms CRM, CDP, DMP
-
Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, including dealership operations and customer data strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
-
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms, Dealer Management Systems, and customer data platforms.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience implementing or managing CDPs or similar data-driven platforms.

Familiarity with machine learning applications in data analytics.
-
Expertise in managing integrations with third-party vendors and data sources.
Salary Range: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00
Location: EST Time Zone
