  • Coordinate necessary revisions to advertising content to meet OEM standards and approval requirements.

Claims Processing and OEM Coordination

  • Submit advertising materials to OEMs for compliance review and approval.

  • Prepare and submit monthly co-op reimbursement claims through OEM portals or via email, ensuring all required supporting documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with dealership clients and OEM compliance representatives.

  • Research, interpret, and maintain current documentation of OEM compliance guidelines, reimbursement policies, and advertising requirements within the designated database.

  • Partner with the Billing team to obtain invoices, communicate necessary adjustments, and resolve discrepancies affecting co-op claim submissions.

  • Serve as a primary resource for internal teams and dealership clients regarding advertising compliance, co-op eligibility, reimbursement requirements, and claim-related inquiries.
