General Attributes

Supporting day-to-day project coordination by scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and helping keep tasks on time within established plans

Automotive experience a plus, retail experience preferred

Assisting with project plan updates and calendar management
-
Helping monitor timelines and flagging schedule risks to team leads
-
Documenting meeting notes and processes to support consistent team communication

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; clear, reliable communicator
Duties include:
-
Scheduling and coordinating meetings across cross-functional teams for traditional, digital, and creative production workstreams
-
Taking and distributing meeting notes and action items in a timely manner
-
Building and maintaining Monday.com boards and workflows to support PureCars and External Partnership initiatives and Group 1 goals

Supporting day-to-day tracking of project tasks and deliverables under the direction of channel/account leads
Coordination & Support:
-
Maintain and update shared timelines and scheduling trackers across channels and initiatives, in partnership with PureCars and IAT/COE Teams

Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for meeting logistics and follow-up with key stakeholders and Channel Leads

Help identify and flag process inefficiencies or roadblocks for team leads to address
Mandatories

Monday.com proficiency (or willingness to become certified within 30 days)

Strong organizational and written communication skills

Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 familiarity a plus, not required

Ability to think strategically, proactively to problem solve and develop independently
